The ESP Approach

We work with your leadership team to identify specific business objectives and plan short, medium and long-term remedies. In order to facilitate the most effective business change we:

  • Plan incremental improvements – focusing on one key business issue at a time
  • Agree possible objectives for that issue – implement immediate action
  • Use existing resources - work together towards a common delivery

Define the Business Challenges

ESP International believes detailed, accurate information is the key to making the most effective business decisions. Our team utilises a variety of tried and tested methodologies to ensure that we have sufficient information to accurately pinpoint the areas needing improvement.

In situations, such as a merger or acquisition, where we already know the umbrella objective, applying tested methodologies allows us to address each of the underlying strategic, financial, organisational and operational issues to ensure that you maximise the potential opportunities.

ESP Strategy Workshop Program

Workshop

ESP believes in investing resource upfront into really understanding what makes your business tick. We involve every layer of the organisation in this process, and although this initially takes more time, our experience shows that this approach results in a more successful end result.

We begin by conducting a 360 degree questionnaire that focuses on all of the major sectors of the business. This helps us to build a detailed company profile and forms the basis of discussions aimed at identifying key issues and/or opportunities (outlined in the diagram below). This part of the process is customised based on the specific parameters of the engagement and in some cases may only focus on targeted areas of the business.
