Sell Side Services

ESP International recognises that the sale process can be complex and time consuming. Our role is to act as your advocate and strategic adviser to guide you through the various steps of the deal. Our role can be as involved or as high level as you require. In many cases, we act as an intermediary between yourselves and the financial and legal deal team members to help guide you through the due diligence process and respond to any deal-related legal, accounting and regulatory issues.

In other situations, we can work alongside your financial representative to market the company to selected potential buyers. As part of this process, we ensure that we have an in-depth understanding of your business, operations and financial conditions. In many cases, we will meet with potential candidates and provide independent advice on the desirability of the transaction. Should you decide to proceed with the transaction we will advise and assist the leadership team thoughout the process, and if you desire, participate in the negotiations.

Buy Side Services
