Managed the sale of one of the client’s Asian operations. A buyer was identified within a three-week timeframe and the business was successfully sold, meeting the client’s financial expectations.

Put in place a team to provide interim management for a regional software company that wanted to improve profitability. Refocused the company’s go-to-market strategy from classic sales to a consultative sales approach and implemented cost cuts across the company.
